The
Red TenSix is 106 long (no surprises there then!) and 32 wide.
The width is what gives you the stability and confidence to paddle standing
up. The nose width also helps with the stability and the volume in the nose
helps if you want to use the optional cargo net to carry lunch, the catch of
the day or refreshments! The tail shape allows for stable small wave
cruising and will help you get the most out of small, normally unrideable
waves. The deck is covered in a soft EVA grip, giving you the best mix of
underfoot comfort and grip. The built in handle allows for easy transport,
while the discreet nose handle well allows for 2 person carrying (in case
you have other gear to carry to the beach/river you can load it all on the
deck and carry the whole lot with a friend at the other end).
If the wind
gets up and you fancy a bit of windsurfing then the TenSix also comes
complete with a discreet slot for a windsurfing sail and daggerboard. When
not in use the daggerboard slot is sealed securely with the foam wedge
provided.
