A Big Thanks for all your Help
Well, I did it in 5 hours 10 minutes and raised £565, so a very big thank you for all your support.

If anyone is in any doubt as to weather i enjoyed the ride or not, I have signed up for the 60 mile 2009 Capital to Coast charity cycle challenge.
